• 5-19 Dec (14 days) : Define required data parameters
• 19 Dec – 5 Jan (17 days) : Document literature search methodology and record new datasets
• 5-24 Jan (19 days) : Pre-process input data for carbon budget modelling
• 24 Jan – 12 Feb (19 days) : Conduct forest carbon simulations
• 12 Feb – 3 Mar (19 days) : Document results and publish a case study

I’m currently fitting different tree species’ growth curves collected from research papers, using scipy optimize and Excel Solver. I should be able to run a simulation soon.

Just for fun, I created a little interactive web app for visualizing what the parameters do during curve fitting.
